Estimates & Proposals

All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the scope described and site conditions observed at the time of visit. Changes in scope or unforeseen conditions may require a written change order before additional work proceeds.

Deposits & Payment

Projects typically require a deposit at contract signing, with the balance due upon completion and customer acceptance. Payment terms are stated on each written proposal.

Scheduling

Start dates are estimated and may be adjusted due to weather, material availability or scope changes. We will communicate any adjustments as promptly as possible.

Workmanship & Materials

All work is performed to professional standards using materials specified in the proposal. Substitutions of comparable or better products may be made when necessary.

Liability

Color Sky LLC maintains general liability insurance. Our aggregate liability arising from any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee or Collier County, Florida.
